Communication at its best

Interact provides a unique solution to the problem of spreading information in a team environment. Personal and group message boards enable anyone logged into the system to easily leave and view messages for individuals or entire groups. Thus, repeating the same information to different people becomes a thing of the past. The sophisticated message boards allow for file attachments, video and voice mails, transforming them into powerful communication and discussion tools.

 

Personal and group workspaces

Each member of your Interact system has a personal workspace: a virtual area containing a personal message board, contact details, planner, real-time location information, and leave plans. Anybody in the system can easily access this workspace to locate the owner, leave a message, or check the owner's current location and planned activities. Group workspaces have public message boards, providing an ideal platform to easily and conveniently make announcements and hold discussions relevant to an entire group of members.

 

Easily locate team members

Because Interact integrates hardware as well as software, it has powerful features that common groupware packages lack. An in-house personnel locating system enables you to find any member of your team in a flash, from any computer. Personnel only have to carry a PTag (a personnel ID card tag) that communicates with in-house base stations. Interact even allows you to contact personnel by paging their PTags or sending SMS to their mobile phones.

 

Integrated video and audio monitoring

Interact is equipped with a real-time monitoring feature that integrates streaming video, audio and still camera. You can view all parts of the physical work environment and listen to meetings and discussions with ease from any computer. This effectively replaces outdated surveillance systems that usually only allow viewing at one location.

 

Work with your team from anywhere

The web-based nature of Interact means that it has full function no matter where you are: in the office, at home or on the other side of the globe. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection, and you will be able to interact directly with every member of your team, holding discussions, checking locations and planners, or making decisions. Interact's PTags enable contactless door access, eliminating the need for keys and close proximity cards. Doors installed with base station-controlled locks will automatically unlock when personnel carrying authorized PTags approach them, streamlining the process of protecting your workplace and restricted areas. Interact's door access allows you to forget about manual door locking and unlocking, while giving you peace of mind about security.
